All shifts carry a 6-hour minimum, and Westmark handles screening, payroll, insurance, and supervision.

- Per-diem shifts — day, evening, and overnight coverage for facilities; 6-hour minimum per shift.
- Short- & long-term placements — weeks to years, same caregiver whenever possible.
- Last-minute coverage — call-outs and emergencies; roster facilities can often be covered same-day.

All staffing shifts are booked and billed at a minimum of six (6) hours — meaningful coverage for you, fair shifts for caregivers. Rates are on the rate sheet; facilities with recurring needs should call for volume pricing.
