Questions families ask before requesting a quote
How fast will I get my quote?
Most families receive a written quote the same day. Send the form or call — a care coordinator confirms your schedule, then emails a written quote, usually within a few hours during business hours.
Is there a minimum number of hours per visit?
Yes — home care and staffing visits are booked and billed at a minimum of six (6) hours per visit. One unhurried visit covers personal care, meals, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship. Transportation is quoted per trip and is not subject to the 6-hour minimum. Details on our rates page.
Does a quote commit me to anything?
No. Quotes are free, there are no deposits, and there are no long-term contracts. You can adjust or stop service with reasonable notice.
What information do you need to quote accurately?
The town where care is needed, roughly how many visits per week, hours per visit, and any special needs (memory care, mobility or transfer help, post-surgery recovery). If you're not sure, choose "Not sure yet" — the coordinator will help you scope it on the call.
